The Salarvyani are raiding in groups up to a cohort along the Tsolyani border. The palace of Prince Rereshqala was assaulted by about a cohort of Salarvyani: the troops there were mostly gone, so the guests ended up fighting against the Salarvyani and won. The Salarvyani have raided almost to Sokatis. They have numerous groups operating in the Hundrani Rise area. Small numbers have made it across the Rananga River to the Sakbe road between Sokatis and Ferina Ra. Tsolyani settlers have seen groups up to 50 or 100 Salarvyani come through there area. Sometimes they burn settlers out, sometimes they pass on after taking what they want. Refugees have come across the river. Due to the civil war, there has been little response except from ill trained local militia.

There also have been more of the dreaded Ssu in these areas. They have been sighted more frequently, especially coming out of caverns in the hills along there usual routes. Temples and sanctuaries and villages have been destroyed and looted by both the Ssu and the Salarvyani.

Salarvyani pirates are also more numerous along Point Hrichaku and the Isle of Songyal. They have also been sighted along the coasts of Ganga and Burru Isle. Travel has been difficult, if not impossible. It is necessary to go wide of these areas and the first landfall where you won't be attacked (except for "official" boardings) is Dlantla Isle. In Salarvya itself, the worship of Black Qarqa is on the rise, most cities require an extreme amount of bribes to get through, and a lot of ports have not seen a Tsolyani ship in several years.
